The Pass Box is a buffer for the transfer of intermediate goods from inside the sterile room to the outside so that it does not interfere with air pressure and also no outside air enters the sterile room.
Pass Boxes are generally installed on the walls between rooms and are also equipped with Ultra Violet light facilities which are useful for killing germs that enter the Pass Box during the goods transfer process.
Other uses minimize the entry and exit of operators in the room, which is useful for minimizing dust or particles that enter when the door is opened.
That is why there is one guard interlock system mastering the inlet and outlet pass box, that is, it cannot be opened at the same time, in order to prevent cross-contamination.
